I realized this when I purchased my first home. Then when I notice that my agent made up to 6% of the purchase price of my home, I vowed to learn to do this myself and make extra money.
As an additional stream of income, I became a real estate professional. The thought of helping people achieve the dream of ownership was always a goal of mine. I base my mission to assist them with the horrible experiences that I encountered when trying to accomplish my goal.
